HOW DO I GET MY FILES?

In most cases images are delivered digitally through online client galleries. We find this is the best format for our clients, as they can share the files across the world by simply sending the link. This works great for companies with head offices in another city and also for government agencies.

CAN YOU SEND THE FILES BY DROPBOX?

Sure can! We can use any sharing service you prefer. We do recommend using the client gallery as well.

WILL YOU TRAVEL?

Yes, we like to travel.

IS THERE AN EXTRA FEE TO TRAVEL?

There is no charge within the GTA and most of southern Ontario.

We are fortunate to have clients across this country and travel regularly. Depending on the size of your project we can often waive any travel fees. For single projects or projects that are not flexible on date, we may charge the costs we incur at no markup (flights, hotel etc), but try to avoid this when possible. 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Toronto, however we travel across North America regularly. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET THE IMAGES / FILES?

Our standard delivery is 7 business days after the last day of shooting guaranteed. For time sensitive photography jobs, arrangements can be discussed and made in advance for an additional fee.

Larger jobs might take a bit longer depending on the scale. We manually edit each image to very high standards, which can take some time. We will discuss the delivery schedule with you during the planning processes. We know you are as excited to see the photos as we are to share them! Our goal is to deliver them as quickly as possible while ensuring the necessary time is taken to match our standards.

WHY SHOULD I HIRE YOU?

Through simple quoting with fast responses, to creative directing, to conducting professional and safe shoots with precision editing, we have your back. We also guarantee all of our work and we strive to exceed your expectations every time.

WHAT ABOUT EDITING, DOES IT COST EXTRA?

Standard editing is included in all of our packages for no additional cost. You wouldn’t buy a car without paint, you shouldn’t be charged extra for editing.

Rare occasions may call for extra editing, which will be discussed during the planning stages. 

CAN I ORDER PRINTS?

Yes, and we would be happy to process your order for you. We also welcome our clients to use any print company they prefer.

WILL I OWN THE FILES?

You will be given unlimited usage rights on the images / files provided. What this means is you can use the images however you please. The only exception is that you can not sell the images or give exclusive rights to another company or individual. We do this to protect our clients from unauthorized usage by third parties. If it is a requirement that you own the files outright, we can talk about it. There usually is an additional fee. We find most clients prefer the unlimited usage model.

DO YOU SHOOT WEDDINGS?

Nope. We are passionate about and specialize in photographing business.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we have a 2 million liability insurance policy for our operations. In addition, we also have a separate policy that covers our drone operations.

DO YOU DO DRONE WORK?

Yes, we offer both aerial photography and aerial video. Robert has an RPAS advanced operations certification from the Canadian Government. Not only are we certified, trained, and insured, we can fly our drones where others can’t.

DO YOU DO VIDEO?

Yes.

This can be arranged as a standalone service or as an add-on to an existing photoshoot. Videos can range from a variety of short clips our clients may use for social media to a fully edited video with music.

DO YOU HAVE PACKAGE PRICING?

No, and there is a very good reason for this. We only charge / quote for exactly what our clients needs are. Meaning, you are not going to be charged for a bunch of stuff you frankly never needed or wanted in the first place. We do offer quantity discounts that can be very substantial. We would be happy to put together a customized quote specifically created with your business goals in mind.
