HOW MANY PHOTOS DO WE GET?
We can provide as many photographs as you would like. We tend to over deliver. There is no cap on how many images you will receive.
As an experienced construction photographer, Robert has a good grasp on what will be needed for each project and can discuss that with you during the planning stage.
HOW MUCH WILL THE PHOTOGRAPHY COST?
Cost is determined by quantity of work and time involved to complete the project. We work hard to create an economical custom pricing package that suits each client.
WHAT ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGES?
We only charge / quote for exactly what our clients needs are. Meaning, you are not going to be charged for a bunch of stuff you frankly never needed or wanted in the first place. We do offer quantity discounts that can be very substantial. We would be happy to put together a customized quote specifically created with your business goals in mind.
DO WE OWN THE IMAGES?
You will be given unlimited usage rights on the images / files provided. What this means is you can use the images however you please. The only exception is that you can not sell the images or give exclusive rights to another company or individual. We do this to protect our clients from unauthorized usage by third parties. If it is a requirement that you own the files outright, we can talk about it. There usually is an additional fee. We find most clients prefer the unlimited usage model.
WHEN CAN YOU START?
Our calendar varies by time of year, as weather can be an important factor. We book on a first come first serve basis and we pride ourselves in our flexibility and adaptability when it comes to scheduling.
As soon as we have a spot open, we can get started on your project. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
WHEN WILL I GET THE FILES?
Our standard delivery is 7 business days after the last day of shooting guaranteed. For time sensitive photography jobs, arrangements can be discussed and made in advance for an additional fee.
Larger jobs might take a bit longer depending on the scale. We manually edit each image to very high standards, which can take some time. We will discuss the delivery schedule with you during the planning process. We know you are as excited to see the photos as we are to share them! Our goal is to deliver them as quickly as possible while ensuring the necessary time is taken to match our standards.
