GRAND CANYON NATIONAL PARK
Grand Canyon National Park was established in 1919 in northwestern Arizona. It is 4,926 square kilometers in size and is known for the Painted Desert and the iconic Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon was designated as a World Heritage site by Unesco in 1979.
PETRIFIED FOREST NATIONAL PARK
Petrified Forest National Park was established in 1962 in northeastern Arizona. The Painted Desert is also found in this national park of 600 square kilometers. Petrified Forest National Park is also known for its photogenic landscape that includes fossils, mesas, badlands, buttes, and petroglyph.
SAGUARO NATIONAL PARK
